Return & Refund Policy

At Parcera Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds. Because vintage items have a history, we encourage you to review item descriptions carefully. If an item doesn’t work out, our return process is outlined below.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Free from new stains, odors (such as smoke or perfume), or alterations.

  • In its original packaging (if applicable).

3. How to Start a Return

You can return items via two methods:

  • By Mail: Email us at support@parceravintage.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • In-Store: Visit our Portland boutique at 1428 NE Broadway, Portland, OR 97232 during business hours.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged item or wrong item sent), Parcera Vintage will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse (Fit/Style/Change of Mind): For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

6. Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage inventory, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
