Shipping Policy

At Parcera Vintage, we strive to get your unique finds to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are hand-packed and shipped directly from our boutique in Portland, Oregon.

1. Shipping Destinations & Cost

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.

2. Order Processing Timeline

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST – Pacific Standard Time).

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Monday or anytime on Tuesday will be processed starting Wednesday.

3. Transit & Delivery

  • Transit Time: 2 – 5 business days (via USPS or UPS).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the carrier information (USPS or UPS). You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at support@parceravintage.com. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging/damaged item so we can resolve the issue immediately.
